  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the date received to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • To maintain the quality and freshness of our chocolates, please handle them with care and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Return Cost:

  • For instances of defective products or errors in your order, such as receiving incorrect items or chocolates damaged during transit, PolkaDot Chocolate will cover the return shipping costs. We will promptly provide you with a replacement product or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
  • In cases of customer remorse, where the product is in perfect condition but you’ve simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery costs.

Return Process:

  • To initiate the return process, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at sales@polkadotbars.co. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you’ve obtained your RMA number, securely package the items you wish to return, ensuring they’re adequately protected during transit.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided along with your RMA number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or order error.
  • Upon receiving your return package, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing once your return is received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, flavor, or variant, please follow the standard return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
